999fk Responsible Gaming —
Stay entertained, stay in control
Enjoy entertainment with awareness. 999fk is committed to keeping your gaming experience safe, fair, and controlled — because happy gaming means responsible gaming.
Why is Responsible Gaming important?
Online gaming and betting is an entertainment activity — but when it becomes a habit and goes out of control, it can have a negative impact on personal, family, and financial life. 999fk believes every player has the right to enjoy themselves in a safe environment.
That is why we have built responsible gaming as a core pillar of our platform from the very beginning. From setting deposit limits to full self-exclusion — we always help you stay in control.
Remember: gambling is for entertainment only. It is not wise to use it as a way to recover lost money or as a source of income.
Our Safety Tools
999fk offers several effective tools to protect players, all of which you can control yourself.
Set Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. If you increase a limit, it will take effect after a set waiting period, which helps prevent decisions made in the heat of the moment.
Session Time Limits
Set a time limit for continuous gaming sessions. When the time is up, the platform will automatically prompt you to take a break. The power to decide how long you play each day is in your hands.
Cooling-Off Period
If you want to take a break for a few days, use the cooling-off option. Your account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere from 24 hours to several weeks. No marketing messages will be sent during the break either.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is causing problems in your life, choose self-exclusion. Once activated, your account cannot be reopened before the set period ends. Take this step through support.
Gaming History & Statement
View your complete betting and gaming history and deposit and withdrawal details at any time. Analyzing this information to understand your spending patterns is important — awareness is the first step to protection.
24/7 Help Center

Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming
If you notice the following signs in yourself or someone you know, consider seeking help:
- You are spending more money than your budget on gaming and keep playing to try to recover lost money.
- You are hiding the extent of your gaming from family or friends, or lying about it.
- You feel restless, irritable, or agitated when you are not playing.
- Gaming is causing difficulty keeping up with work, studies, or relationships.
- You are spending money meant for essential expenses on gaming or taking on debt.
- You are trying to stop playing but cannot.
The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming
Follow these principles for an enjoyable and safe gaming experience at 999fk:
Only spend money you can afford to lose. Set a separate gaming budget and do not go beyond it.
Set a time limit before you play. Watch the clock, and take breaks.
Avoid gaming when you are angry, frustrated, or under stress. It is hard to make good decisions in that state.
Never play while drinking alcohol or under the influence of substances.
Do not treat gaming as your only form of entertainment — keep a balance with other enjoyable activities in life.
When in doubt, take a break. If after a 24-hour break you feel you can continue, go ahead — otherwise, seek help.
21+ Age Restriction & Minor Protection
999fk is for adults only — we place the highest priority on protecting minors.
Age Verification
Age is verified at registration and at subsequent required stages. Persons under 18 or 21 are not permitted to open an account.
Parental Responsibility
If there are underage members in your household, use parental control software on your device and keep your login details private.
Report
If you suspect a minor is using the platform, notify our support immediately.
How does Self-Exclusion work?
Self-exclusion is an important tool that helps you, by your own decision, temporarily or permanently stop using your 999fk account.
How to activate: Contact the support team via live chat or email and request self-exclusion. Let us know your preferred duration — from 1 month to permanent.
While active: You will not be able to log in, you will not receive any promotional messages, and no deposits will be accepted.
Reactivation: Even after self-exclusion ends, the account does not open automatically — the opportunity to reactivate is given after a set waiting period and review.
Deposit Limits & Money Management
The minimum deposit at 999fk is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. Our platform gives you the ability to set your own deposit limits, which is the first step toward responsible spending.
Three options for setting limits:
- Daily deposit limit — the maximum amount you can deposit each day
- Weekly deposit limit — the total amount you can deposit in a week
- Monthly deposit limit — the total maximum deposit for a month
Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. If you apply to increase a limit, it will take effect after a set waiting period for your protection. This system helps prevent overspending in emotional moments.
